Caught between potential and paralysis .

This painting reflects art block, the space between an urge to create and inability to begin. I want to create something honest , but honesty feels dangerous. What if it’s too much ? What if it’s not enough? It’s not that i don’t know what to paint, I do and it terrifies me, the canvas is safer untouched than stained with something real.
